Cancellations 
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of orders being placed. We will gladly exchange a candle (when notified within 24 hours of order delivery) if you find you prefer a different scent.  Please send us an email at hartnhomedecor@gmail.com.

Sale items / Seasonal items 
Sale or end-of-season items are final sale. 

Exchanges/Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hartnhomedecor@gmail.com and send your item to: HartnHome, 27304 NE Bjur Rd, Ridgefield WA 98642, United States. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
